  1. The Killing Room – I got this book based on comments made on the Kindle Facebook wall – Through most of this book I couldn’t put it down, it held mysery and horror – then it stretched out a little longer than necessary (in my opinion). I did enjoy it overall though.

  3. The Remains - I thought this was going to be in the horror category (as in ghosts), which is why I added it to this months read. Instead it was a mystery (no ghosts involved) – I did enjoy reading this creepy mystery. It kept my interest as the events took place and the story was revealed.

  4. Ruined – Missed again – I thought this book was going to be scary; it did include ghosts but I wouldn’t say it was scary. I would put this in the category as a good teen book. With that said I did enjoy it and it held mystery and included a lot of New Orleans history – which I enjoyed and learned from.

  5. 20th Century Ghost - This is a collection of short stories. I’m afraid most of the stories fall into the category of “I didn’t like”, but there were a couple stories in the “Ok” category. This is just my opinion, obviously there are others who enjoyed it very much. There were a couple stories that just stopped, I wouldn’t say they ended. Some of the stories were just weird, not exactly interesting (to me), just weird – like the teenager who turns into a bug and eats …..(don’t want to give away the ending to that one). On a positive note the story that was the better one was the last story Voluntary Committal. With a little tweaking I could see this as a Twilight Zone show.
